トヨタディーラー様の依頼で、廃盤のラジエーター給水口を3Dスキャンから復元

3Dスキャン → ASAパーツ ／ 自動車パーツ復元

廃盤となり入手困難なウォータークーラーのラジエーター給水口パーツを復元した事例です。元パーツの3Dスキャンデータをベースにフィッティング（位置合わせ）のモデリングを実施。屋外での使用や熱負荷に対応するため、耐候性と耐熱性に優れるASA樹脂を材料に選定し、さらに、内部リブの追加や、特殊技術によるスムージングを行い、積層間の強度も向上させました。

This case study features the restoration of a discontinued and hard-to-find radiator water inlet part for a water cooler. Fitting modeling was performed based on 3D scan data of the original component. To withstand outdoor exposure and thermal loads, ASA resin was selected for its superior weather and heat resistance. Furthermore, internal ribs were added and a specialized smoothing technique was applied to enhance interlayer strength.
