バイクのレーシングチーム様の依頼で、ロゴ入りハンドルプレートをアルミ削り出しで製作

チームロゴ → 3D設計 → アルミ削り出し ／ カスタムパーツ

お客様のレーシングチームのロゴをもとに、ハンドルバーを挟むクランプと、その上に載るロゴ入りプレートを3Dで設計しました。クランプの受け面はハンドルバーの径に合わせて決め、プレートは110×50mm・厚さ6mm、ロゴと溝を立体で彫り込んでいます。取り付けは四隅の4点留め。仕上げはアルミの削り出しに黒アルマイトをかけ、文字と溝の面だけを切削して地のアルミを出しました。黒と銀の色分けは塗装ではなく削りで出しているので、走行中にこすれても色が落ちません。3Dデータだけでなく、寸法を入れた加工用の図面まで作成しています。

Starting from the customer’s racing team logo, we designed both the clamps that grip the handlebar and the logo plate that sits on top of them. The clamp seat was matched to the diameter of the handlebar, and the plate measures 110 x 50 mm at 6 mm thick, with the logo and grooves cut as three-dimensional relief. It mounts with four bolts, one at each corner. The part is machined from solid aluminium and black anodised, after which only the faces of the lettering and grooves are cut back to expose the bare metal. Because the two-tone finish is produced by machining rather than paint, it will not wear off in use. Alongside the 3D data, we produced fully dimensioned drawings ready for production.
